Meet the Team
Chris Beiler - Owner & President
Chris Beiler has been a licensed insurance agent since January of 2005, and joined BIA as a full-time producer in January of 2008. After graduating from high school in 1996, he spent the next 12 years in the construction and building industry. The time spent in several jobs in those fields has proved to be beneficial in his role as a commercial producer in the insurance industry.

Chris has been part owner of the agency since 2014 and majority owner since 2024. He and his wife Megan, along with their three children, live on the outskirts of Gap. Chris volunteers at the Gap Fire Company and is currently chief of the department. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, golfing, traveling, hunting, and cheering on the Philly sports teams.
Andrew Beiler - Owner & Vice President
While still in high school, Andrew joined the work force employed by a local electrical contractor. He continued as an electrician for 10 years spending a portion of that time working in Nashville, TN. Now residing in New Holland, he and his wife Rebekah stay busy raising their three sons.
Andrew began his insurance career in the beginning of 2020. Through the help and expansive knowledge provided by the team at Beiler Insurance, he has been able to excel in the insurance industry. In 2024 Andrew took the opportunity to continue Beiler Insurance as a second-generation family-owned business when he purchased shares from his father, Rob Beiler. Now, Andrew and his cousin Chris are proud to continue operations and serve the surrounding communities.
Rob Beiler - Controller
Rob Beiler, a native of the Gap, Lancaster County area, has dedicated his life to both serving his community and building a successful insurance agency. Born on a farm where he helped raise hogs, he then entered the insurance industry in 1989, first managing a small mutual insurance company that was later merged into Goodville Mutual Casualty Co in 1997. Rob served as the Farm Underwriter at Goodville until 2004, when he and his brother Clair Beiler purchased the Ardrey Insurance Agency, eventually renaming it Beiler Insurance.
Rob has always been deeply involved in his local community, volunteering with the Gap Fire Company and often responding to emergencies alongside his work. While Rob passed the torch of ownership to his son, Andrew, and his nephew Chris in 2024, he remains actively involved with the business on a part-time basis, providing guidance with his years of experience.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, Linda, and their three children, along with their grandchildren. He also loves time spent at the family hunting cabin in the North Country, where he manages the forest, plants trees, and cultivates crops for wildlife.

Paula Ardrey Diem - CISR-Account Specialist Agent
Paula Ardrey Diem, was born and raised in Lancaster County in Gap PA. She started working for her father's insurance agency, Ardrey Insurance Agency, Inc, when she was just 16 years old. Paula has been serving our clients since then. Paula holds a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. She sells both personal and commercial insurance as well as hard to place insurance coverage. However, if asked what here favorite part of selling insurance is, "I would have to say, helping people understand what insurance is, how it works, and what their needs are, and how they can afford it".

Paula and Brian have one child & 2 granddaughters. When not working, you will find Paula volunteering in the community. Her hobbies include photography, crafts, cooking, reading and sewing.
Dianne Kreiser - Customer Service Agent
Dianne has been with the agency since 1994 and was licensed shortly thereafter. She sells personal lines policies as well as performing customer service by handling payments, endorsements, and re-quoting among other things.

Dianne & her husband Jeff enjoy spending time with their children and 6 grandchildren, as well as time spent at their cabin in Huntingdon County. Dianne likes gardening, reading and the beach. She is also a Sunday School teacher and involved in activities at Pequea Baptist Church.
Margie Ingles - Life Insurance & Group Health Agent
Margie Ingles joined our sales team in 2004 and specializes in Life Insurance, Group Health, as well as Employee Benefits. She takes pride in helping clients obtain quality and affordable insurance for whatever stage of life they are in. Margie especially enjoys helping employers with the challenges associated with providing health and ancillary benefits to their valuable employees.”
Margie has spent most of her life in Gap, PA and has been working in the insurance field for many years. She is married to Lewis and they have 2 grown children. A member of St. Stephen Reformed Church, she is a member of the Welcome and Information Committee and plays in the Hand Bell Choir. Margie has been a GOP Committee person in the past and enjoys travelling, biking and playing golf.
Kelly Neff - Account Specialist Agent
Kelly Neff joined the agency in 2012, and works to assist customers in both personal and commercial lines. She graduated high school from Pequea Valley and then from Harrisburg Area Community College with an Associate's Degree in Business Management. Kelly is the daughter of Rob & Linda Beiler and she continues the tradition of the company being a "family run organization."
Kelly and her husband, Darren, have three young children who keep life fun and busy! She likes to vacation with her family and friends, read a good book, and cheer on the Philadelphia sports teams.
Micah Hostetter - Commercial, Personal Agent
Micah is a Lancaster County local who grew up in New Holland and graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2014. Four years later he graduated from Messiah College in May of 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Micah obtained his Property & Casualty license in 2018 and has been a part of the agency ever since. He loves to serve our community through building relationships and is always excited to help customers with their insurance needs.
Micah and his wife, Melissa, have a daughter as well as a dog and a cat. They love to play sports, adventure, and serve the Lord.
Jen Walter - Customer Service Agent (CISR)
Jen Walter joined the agency in 2021. She was born and raised in Christiana, PA. Jen has been licensed since 2005 and holds the CISR designation.
Jen and her husband John have two children. She enjoys vacations with her family along with hiking, four wheeling, and going to their cabin in the mountains.
